Healing the Inner Child

Often, when we notice ourselves having a big reaction to something seemingly small- we know there is an old, injured part of ourselves coming online. Dealing with feelings of unworthiness often comes from an old, younger place- because that’s the time when these beliefs took root.

Healing ourselves involves reminding ourselves over and over that our self worth is and always has been untouchable. It’s common to personalize old hurt and pain- and feel like it was more personal than it ever was. Here’s a reminder that it was never you. It was never you.
