Stop Stewing. It’s just not helpful.

Stewing/ruminating about things is simply not helpful. Doing this takes up unwarranted space and energy.

So if you catch yourself stewing ask yourself: 1. Is this something I can/should embrace and accept? Is there anything I can do about it? If the answer’s yes, then, 2. Speak up! Do something about it.

.

Don’t let those negative energy zapping thoughts take up too much free rent in your mind and body.
