Developing a Healthy Relationship With Anger.

I know 6 slides is a lot- but I couldn’t take any out. They all felt like really important points on anger. And there’s a lot to feel angry about in the world right now.

I think if we could all understand our anger, process it, and communicate about it, this world would be a much better place. Maybe that’s where some of our communal healing lies. What do you think?
